Ingredients:
2–4 fresh oregano leaves (or 1–2 teaspoons dried)

2 cinnamon sticks (optional)
2 cups water
Preparation:
Place the oregano and cinnamon in a pot.
Add the water and bring to a boil.
Simmer for 5 minutes.
Strain and serve hot.
Drink one cup daily on an empty stomach for a week, then 3–5 times a week.
